This month has a 'Distrikt' theme. Great friends of mine from SF! I'm sure most of you do but if you don't know who they are and haven't witnessed their Burning Man camp then add it to your bucket list.

Here is my set from 'The Haunting' Halloween party in Denver last month. It was an awesome night to say the least. I played 2 sets, one in the main room and then an after hours session in the top room for all the heads that stayed until the end. Big thanks to The Fantastic Hosts for a night i will remember for a long time

How about a little 'Back to mine' style mix to play while your eating your Turkey? I started looking at my old vinyl and thought it would make a nice end to the year if i put together a chill mix. To me it's so much more fun looking through my vinyl, searching out tracks to play, instead of on the computer. We truly lost something when vinyl became less popular. Sob..sob...anyway here is a mix done the Old Skool way, not even any beat mixing. Just the tunes! Hope your all having a great time over the holidays!! BTW don't forget to visit my new website www.leecoombs.com (lots of free downloads) Enjoy ;0) x

I recorded this DJ mix a few years ago for a friends Birthday and completely forgot about it. Recently i stumbled across it on another friends iPod and thought it would make a good Podcast. No tracklisting, just good House vibes!

Welcome to the first Lee Coombs Podcast of 2011! It's already shaping up to be a great year. As a little bonus here is a new Re Rub that i made recently of 'House Syndicate - Jam the Mace'. An early Kenny 'Dope' Gonzalez Acid House Classic brought right up to date but still keeping those Old Skool vibes. Here is the link - http://leecoombs.fanbridge.com

Well thanks for all the amazing reactions I got for my last podcast, it seems Old Skool Breaks still hold a special place in people’s hearts. This month its back to the new skool but still with a Breakbeat flavor. I’m feeling a big wave of quality Breakbeat music coming though right now and i thought i'd share some highlights with you. Big thanks to all the people i met in Austin and Houston, Texas last month, a solid crew for sure October Gigs -

Another blast from the past, i put this mix together for my Sydney 2010 gig and recorded live with vinyl only using tracks from around 2000-2004. I really miss playing vinyl out in the clubs, CD's are cool for being upfront but there is definitely something special about playing vinyl. I think i'll be doing it a whole lot more...It bought back some great memories making this mix and i really think this was an exciting and ground breaking time in dance music. If you like this mix feel free to throw a comment up on my facebook fan page here - http://listn.to/LeeCoombs
